Who is Sharon

Sharon L. Allen is the Agency Director + Founder of H&S Therapeutic Services, and leads a workforce of 30 employees. Sharon grew up in Wingate, NC and is a graduate of Monroe High School. After graduating high school, she went to Strayer University online, then on to Harvard School of Business and received a certificate in Entrepreneurship Essential.

Sharon is a powerful force as a business owner and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Sharon is inspired daily by her husband and their two daughters. In her free time, Sharon likes to attend concerts and spend time with her grandchildren.

    Sharon L. Allen believes that education is important to advancing one’s career. Allen works as agency director for H&S Therapeutic Services, which provides home health care in five counties. She has sought to build on her expertise by attending Harvard Business School to obtain a certificate in business management. She does all this to set an example for her children. “It's important that they have people in their lives they look up to,” Allen said.
